    I've been shopping here for years. They have some really great employees. Jake is all around awesome... he can do any position. The meat manager (I think his name is Ryan?) is always running around offering advice or help. He tells me about specials and genuinely seems to love his love. It shows.

    Not shopper friendly. Similar locations have lost my business and have me not impressed with the brand as a whole. Tried to stop for quick food while we were out holiday shopping with our young daughter and it felt like we were bums just trying to have a healthy meal and change our daughter's diaper in a dry restroom/change station. Fresh street or Safeways tend to customer service better.

    Cashier made such a fuss over having her check if one item was on sale that didn’t show up at checkout that turned out to be on sale I was too embarrassed to mention the other 4 items that also didn’t show up but were listed on the shelf as such, checked back later just to make sure it wasn’t misremembered and confirmed they were indeed on discount. Been shopping at this location since it was IGA, so quite a long time, perhaps it’s time I explored other options
