This place is so disorganized! It’s notorious for “not receiving faxes”. Or will text you and say your prescription is ready for you to come in and find out it’s actually not and waiting an hour for them to quickly fill it. My co worker and daughter have also had the same issues with them! DO NOT COME HERE!

I quite like the London Drugs store, and all the people who work there are friendly, but the pharmacy is awful. I’ve had my prescriptions there for 4 years now and in the last 12 months, I’ve had many, many issues where they have not filled prescriptions correctly. Once they doubled the dosage I was supposed to receive and charged me for twice the amount of medication. Thankfully I caught the mistake before taking the medication and went back to have it corrected. They were reluctant to give me a refund “because you can’t return medication” until I pointed out this was a pharmacy error and could have resulted in me taking twice the required dosage. They have lost/misplaced faxes from my son’s pediatrician multiple times meaning that he’s had to go without his daily medication more than once. I’m on a monthly medication that i know needs to be ordered in (which I mention on the phone when I refill my prescription), and 4 days later, what do I hear when I call to ask if it’s ready? “Oh, we’ve not put in that order yet”. I’m moving all my prescriptions to Shoppers Drug Mart across the street. I understand LD is short staffed, but there have been countless mistakes and oversights that have impacted both myself and my son.

This store has some products you wouldn't find anywhere else, they do have some clothes, groceries, electronics, need passport photos done, you can even get car insurance, lotto, pharmacy, pet stuff, it is one of the stores that carries my tp I use. Only a few stores carry it.

One of New female pharmacist has real attitude issue. She put "I hate you" mask even before I opened my mouth and tried to prove something wrong I've known for a fact. Luckily I asked for a supervisor which has been totally reasonable. Such people as this pharmacist shouldn't work front line, period.
