Every entrance was closed, yet staff kept sending me from one door to another like a scavenger hunt. Even the Drive-Thru told me to “go to a side door,” which—surprise—was also closed. It feels like the management here has no control over the workflow. Instead of coming out to address the issue professionally, the manager (who appeared to be a woman) avoided speaking with me entirely and pushed another staff member to handle it. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how poorly this place is run. If a business can’t keep its entrances open, can’t communicate properly, and can’t even have the manager face a customer, then it shouldn’t be surprised when customers walk away frustrated. Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for basic organization or respect for customers’ time.
