  The staff is always amazing, when staff makes a point of remembering your name you know the people care! Great location for our family! The ONLY problem is their landlord is the Super Save group ,the Same people who helped with the culling of The ostriches. A Canadian disgrace, Super Save Group should reconsider how they make their money ,what a shame !

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is the second time it has happened to me. As you can see in the photo, I couldn’t leave without writing a review. How can such a big company like McDonald’s deliver food like this? Sorry, but this is unacceptable.

  It was all good until on a fine Sunday morning I got all my orders jumbled up, hot chocolate was pretty cold and flat, hash browns that were supposed to be in the bagel were not inside. Instead of cream cheese it was just cheese. Everything looked good except the food. Not something you want on a nice warm Sunday morning.

  It's actually the slowest McDonald's you can find. At least when I go (4pm-5pm) I'm often waiting 10+ minutes and all I order is a coffee. They are also plagued by people picking up online orders - skip, ubereats, etc - this means that the staff are busy making these orders whole the customers at the location have to wait. I'm writing this review as I'm waiting for my large coffee.

  Well this is the highest rating I have ever given any mcdonald's ever so first off well done. So I stopped and had my one and only visit to McDonald's for the year and man it did not disappoint. The First what i assume is a teenage girl at the first window was oh so pleasant not Even being able to muster a hello just basically money please and move on. The second window where I received this lovely meal ive waited all year for was delivered by the manager I assume judging by her different shirt is the only reason why this got a four star review. She knew how to do her job very simple.Hello, sir.Thank you for coming.See You Again. She even got my pronouns right with me not even having to tell her. Now onto the meal , let's start with my root beer was ninety percent carbonated water , ten percent root beer.....gross My fries we're a concoction of greese what looked more like a limp noodle than a piece of potato and every grain of salt they had in the place including the road salt i'm sure. But I was depending on the six juicy nuggies to save the day.... Let's just say the nuggets were harder than a jrock rap song ya know what i'm sayin these things would litterly bust glass and as a matter of fact , busted my tooth. I was really hoping that my one treat of the year from this fine establishment would get it right for once. Well, they got the order right? Better than the one last year My condiments were in there, which was a surprise and the order was correct but other than the pleasant manager lady I am so disappointed but but what do you expect...... Well , I expect it all my teeth to remain intact. Thank you again mcdonald's for the tenth year in a row is ruining my one meal at your finest establishment a year
