Got home excited to eat. To find a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER instead of a quarter pounder. My husband was so upset as he was very hungry. This is not the first time this happened too.

I ordered food for takeout at the kiosk. When my order number was called, it was placed on a tray instead of being packed to go. I politely reminded the employee, Esther, that I had requested takeout. She checked the receipt and said, “It says no bag,” then walked away. She returned shortly after, dropped a bag on the counter, and left us to pack the food ourselves. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience compared to my previous visits. This experience makes me not want to go back.

Staff is pretty on top of things when you order and it’s a lot easier using the self serve kiosk. Food came out at a reasonable time as the drive through was pretty busy. This location is a better choice than the one on 88 ave in Walnut Grove. Less chaotic with no drink Walnut Grove teenagers hanging around
