  Why does NONE of the workers use gloves? And it feels like they just throw fries in the bag and then add the cup for the fries. Use more effort.

  Glad for hot food on a busy day. Nutritious? Maybe. But hot and ready and fast and ready for us to move on with our day. Thanks, Mc Donald's!

  I ordered 4 wraps but they only gave me two and when i came back around in the drive thru they refused to give me the two wraps that I ordered. Absolutely horrible customer service at this location.

  I’ve stopped eating at McDonald’s. I really miss how the food used to taste — everything feels different now. Quality seems lower, probably to save money and increase profits. Just my opinion. Good luck.

  Go to any other location. Seriously, it's just aggravating coming here. I brought my kids here for a breakfast happy meal, we waited 7 minutes for someone to take our order as all but one kiosk was down and there was a man standing in front of the only working kiosk waiting for his food and refusing to move for anyone. I then waited almost 20 minutes for 2 happy meals and a chicken mcgriddle meal. I had asked for an eat in meal and got everything in take out bags, when I asked for a tray because we were eating in the restaurant the lady (I'm assuming a manager from the uniform) asked me if I wanted a drink tray. Then when I said I wanted a plastic tray to carry my food to a table, she rolled her eyes and grabbed one for me. Then she told me that the chicken mcgriddle meal would be a bit longer and I watched her walk over and drop the who hash browns that came with it into the deep fryer. She then stood in front of the deep fryer and waited for them before coming back and telling me it would be a few more minutes for my sandwich. It probably took close to 30 minutes to get two breakfast happy meals and 1 breakfast sandwich meal. When we got to the table I realized that they had forgotten the yogurt tubes that come with the happy meals but I was already so frustrated that I decided it wasn't worth the effort to go and ask for them. Definitely, go to any other McDonalds in Langley for better service.
