    Ordered and got a completely different breakfast- including the wrong drink sizes that I was charged more for! Their consistency is horrible and the one time I don’t check, every item is completely wrong

    I was in the straight lane, trying to order 2 happy meals and get out of there ASAP to get back to trick or treating with my kids. That’s when an extremely rude and impolite worker decided to completely RUIN my experience. I said, “Hi, can I order 1 happy meal?” and she responded with, “What Happy Meal?”. I thought she was asking about what a happy meal even was, so I replied, “A happy meal…”. This girl repeated, “What Happy Meal?” MULTIPLE times while cutting me off and even had the audacity to laugh at me. When her brain finally sent brainwaves to her ears to listen to me and what I was saying, she cut me off, mid-order and told me to pull up to the “Pay Here” counter. Now, I know, this is McDonald’s, you can’t expect the service to be very good, but THAT behvaior was absolutely unacceptable.

    Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. By far the worst that I’ve seen ever had. The buns were stale and the patties were dry and old. Normally I would just accept it but this time it was beyond belief.

    Not an good experience to start my day from with breakfast pick up! The mid age lady with grey hairs and glasses with a different english accent served me with a very rude attitude like just threw the food and telling some else to give me the dressing i asked! (order number 1080) friday morning 31/10/2025

    I ordered a veg burger from McDonald’s around 12:10 AM, but they gave me a non-veg burger instead. This is completely unacceptable, especially for someone who doesn’t eat meat. Late-night orders should still be handled with care and attention. Really disappointed with this experience. I expect better quality checks and accuracy from McDonald’s. I will never come here again.
