    Every morning I go through the Drive-Thru at this location before going to work, and USUALLY it's a great experience... Until today. It started off when I was rudely served (from the speaker) by a lady named Tina. Once I placed my order I found her very dismissive, arrogant and like I was a nuisance to the store. As mentioned, I am a regular customer and usually order my large coffee with two milk and two sugar, and usually I have great service.... However, this lady named TINA turned me off the facility. Second, I usually order my coffee and I am very specific with it, usually repeating it a couple of times to ensure I get it right. I have a reaction to cream, which is why I take milk and sugar in my coffee. There are additives in the cream that I can't have and yet I still received CREAM in my coffee. I don't blame the person who made the order, simply because TINA should've entered the order in correctly in the first place. I had great conversation with the manager once I noticed and she assured me this shouldn't have happened and it would be dealt with in a timely fashion. - This is the only reason I gave "atmosphere" a 3/5 stars. In short, I would advise caution when ordering and check your labels to make sure the order is right. Also, I have had something similar like this happen with the store in Duncan. This is why I won't go to them and if push comes to shove I will find another venue for the morning. Yes, it's not much for a coffee, but the service from TINA was all I need to reconsider my purchasing choices.
