This place disgusting! Second floor was closed for hour or more! The manager or employee was being rude because he thought we were taking pictures, even though we showed the phone with no pic's of him. Rude employees💥! Food mashed, no space. Guys please don't go there worst place I ever went to!🤮👎

They need to work out some kinks. Syrup ratio was way off (no flavour), fries were cold and server tipped over our drink. They picked it up but didn't clean up the spill all over our tray of food. Wasn't even busy so I'm not sure what the excuse would be.

This was my first visit to the new mcdonalds on bernard and it was a 3.5 out 5 visit for sure. The food was ok for mcdonalds, I was charged twice as there self checkout machine is not great, there where a couple of homeless folks in mcdonalds but they where just minding there own business so they where ok. The upper floor was cool but I dont think they have an elevator as its painful to walk up and down the stairs.All in all im ok with a mcdonalds on bernard but its a little bit small.

I hate to write this but I cannot ignore this anymore. The homeless people outside are harassing potential customers. I just got harassed by some homeless person for money and got mad for not having any spare change on me. I wanted to go in and grab something on my way home but that made me lose my appetite. If McDonalds cares for the safety of their customers and staff they would put a security guard out front. I'll remove this review when and if McDonalds deals with this.
I visited on a busy Saturday morning around 10:50 AM, and while the food was tasty and worth the visit, the wait times were quite long due to severe understaffing there were only about 3 staff members handling a massive lineup. I really felt for the team they were working incredibly hard and staying friendly despite the rush. The restaurant clearly needs more staff on weekends to keep up with demand and give both customers and employees a better experience. Hope management addresses this soon great potential here!
