I'm confused why people come here. Read the reviews from most others, how awful this location's food is, as well as the horrible customer service here. The cost compared to food quality and dining experience has gone downhill so far I'm shocked people still go here. 6.5 million burgers a day ... hmm I'm starting to wonder what they're actually serving everyone cause I definitely don't think these #s add up to overall beef worldwide.

This location is just disguisting. The Rats running around are what ended my visits here, and kicking a kid out of the play place by a rude staff member. I don't get it personally, this place needs to do better. Bullying kids is messed up.

It clearly says on the app that I need to pick up my order from the drive-through after 8 PM, but when I went there, the staff told me very rudely that I had to come inside instead. When I mentioned that the app says drive-through pickup, she said, “It’s not ready yet.” Then when I went inside, another employee told me the order had actually been ready for about five minutes.
Either update the note on the app to reflect the real process or make sure staff are polite when speaking to customers. Very disappointing experience.
I will make sure to report it to your headquarters.

Lindsay, the asst manager refused to give a refund with reciept and proof of purchase, and did not provide the mobile order. When asked for the managers name she refused, she also was talking about me in front of all the staff and customers. Good to see how terrible the leaders are there. She also refused to give me the proper contact information for the refund. Do not go if you want your money stolen

Like many mcdonald's you don't expect much when you go there every single time you go through the drive-thru however I suggest before you leave the last window you make sure you have all of your items And make sure they're the correct items as well as 8 out of 10 times the order is wrong or missing something. They're especially bad for forgetting to ketchup/condiments up when you had made it very very clear not to forget it when you were ordering. . And I get they can be busy but I mean how hard is your job read the items that were ordered and put each item in the bag and then double check before you give the bag to the customer. And it's super frustrating when you're sitting in lineup or standing in lineup for your order you get it and you have to stand or go through the drive-thru all over again and wait all over again just for them to give you what they should have given you in the first place and they have no problem not compensating for it say if you realize you don't have your fries. You go through and they say oh we didn't add the fries they'll make you pay for it . When it was a part of the meal.
Also it's not a good environment to sit and eat at if you have kids especially. There's a lot of homeless/ drug use happening right at the tables outside. If you have little ones definitely keep them close.
