  First MacDonald we have even been to with these “new features”: - no ketchup or napkins at the fountain area. - All fountains “no longer in use” - do not provide soft drink refill - bathroom locked, need to ask and wait for cashier to open - all self order kiosks with no receipt printing

  I asked for a quarter pounder blt and I asked for extra mayo and lettuce on it did not get that and I didn’t know there was onion on it which should be specified and there is a lot of people who don’t like onion when I work at a fast food places if they want something off of there burger I always ask if there okay with onion on it McDonald’s I get your a fast food place but make sure that everything is right and on the burger as supposed to and a blt is bacon lettuce tomato not onion and pickle on it I also made sure that at the window I asked if there was extra mayo and lettuce and they said yes and there is NOT extra stuff on it three pieces of lettuce and also you pay extra for to get extra things on your burger it’s fair to get what you paid for and my bf for the same sandwich and it did not have onions or pickles on it aswell his had more bacon lettuce and tomato on the seconded picture which I should’ve done it before I took the onions off because I didn’t want that in my burger

  The staff here are always friendly and the service is good. They have always gotten my order right and haven't failed to provide ketchup or napkins in my bag when requested.

  This McDonald is disgusting, not only did my husband find a hair in his food , the food was disgusting . Taste like cleaner . The bacon wasn't cooked and the bagel or the English muffin were next to uncooked and cold. Every time We come to this McDonald's there is something . That's it and will make sure no one we know go back . I understand it's fast food but come on .

  I order a mocha.. It was just taste like coffee with cream. I even try to swing the cup.. Taste the same. So i told the stuff, she is nice but maybe think i dont know moca is So she try to explain What moca is. Ok,, then she change another one for me. Second one.. Maybe they are too focus to make sure i taste the chocolate. Omg.. It just chocolate with 2 % Milk and cream . So it turns out like fade away hot chocolate. And I know the menu says 2%milk. Then may need to kind train them. To tell by the colour. Before put cream in it. Fine. Before i finish this post. I did open the cup. And it did smelI light burned coffee. I just need to hurry up to work. I didnt tell them to change it again. But i just speak it out here. And yes i know it is just Mcdonald's. Not the coffee shop.. But the taste was wayyyyyyy off
