    Our cashier was wonderful. It looked a little disorganized as far as which employee was doing what in the back, which was noticeable, and our assorted chicken burgers were super disappointing. I was honestly upset that a chicken died for such subpar food

    I love this Branch of McDonald's because it has lots of parking space. Inside the restaurant is spacious too and always clean.

    To Whom It May Concern, What I experienced at your location today around 2 AM was absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and downright discriminatory. I personally witnessed the window employee serve two white girls who were WALK-UPS without a car. Right after that, I placed a mobile order for a simple Diet Coke and walked up to collect it. Instead of handing me my order, the employee refused and arrogantly told me, “You don’t have a car, I will not serve you.” When I challenged this obvious double standard, he argued with me, claiming it was his “choice” to serve me or not, and even went as far as saying, “First I was thinking to serve you but now I will not.” He tried to cover himself by saying the machine stopped working, but then admitted: “Yes, because I don’t want to serve you.” Let me be very clear — this was RACIST behavior, plain and simple. He had no issue serving others without a vehicle, but suddenly made up excuses when it was my turn. The way he spoke was deliberately rude, dismissive, and targeted. Besides when i asked my canadian friends to get me diet coke they were on bike, he gave them the POP Drink. This was the WORST service I have ever experienced, and I will never step foot in this location again. But more importantly, I expect immediate action to be taken against this employee. Customers should not be subjected to open discrimination and disrespect. If this is how your staff is allowed to behave, it speaks volumes about how little you value equality or customer service. I demand a formal response and accountability for what happened.
