    Well run store with plenty of stock. Always very helpful staff behind the pharmacy desk. As well there is a Canada Post Outlet inside the store, but be aware they close at 8:00 PM. Not 9:00 PM as Canada Post says. As of September 2022 the pharmacy portion of the store closes at 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Sorry I can't offer information on the Sunday closing time but hope this helps

    Excellent service. Actually employees around to assist if you have questions or need help. Sign up for LD Specials program and get special deals and more. No card required. Just need a phone number. Just switched to their Pharmacy. Very satisfied so far.

    Phone service at this location is brutal. Consistently busy for hours at a time. get another line for the Pharmacy. People need to make crucial calls to your pharmacy team.... Terrible service everywhere else in the store but pharmacy is the best in Duncan.

    OK store. Good for what you need. Used to coupon shop and a few times I went there some cashiers were horrible to deal with but when went to other ones in other towns got way better service. Friend almost died from a pharmacy mistake.

    I visited the pharmacy the other night, looking for an over-the-counter remedy or suggestions to help stop my dad producing phlegm (caused by his cancer.). It annoys him greatly and he asked me to help. I did so, and one of the pharmacists seemed to keep trying to sell me something for dry mouth. I told him what it was for, and he said, "Oh, he must be coming close." Without taking the implication, I asked, "Close to what?" he goes, "Dying." The response shocked me. I can't remember what happened, but I think I was polite, and just left. I told him it was okay, when really, it wasn't.
