    No fountain drinks, no mcshaker and worst of all, no monopoly on the food. Honestly cannot believe this is Mcdonalds.

    Order for table service, watch others get table service, 60% tables full... 18 mins later oder number called , I point out its been 18 mins for a coffee and fries - Crystal says " we are too busy for table service so it's been sitting here, I called the number" .... to add to that , my coffee with a clear change made stating no sweetener - it was loaded with syrup sweetener. So I go back, Crystal refuses to acknowledge me and she's at the counter .. I wait for another busy staff and they politely apologize and correct. I come here some times for coffee while I grocery shop and Crystal is my first poor experience. As a residential manager in health care, I would not tolerate this behavior.

    Do not use credit cards at this location, they are scamers and over charge customers. I buy the same thing for my dad , cheese burger which is 4.45 usually. Got my statement and I was charged 16.02 for 4.46 Singal cheese Burger . Never going to use my credit card there again.

    Crazy long wait for not a complicated order, caused me to be really late getting to the bnb as it was a drive to Nanaimo from Duncan and had another job to do in between not to mention the standing waiting for the order caused my plantar fasciitis to act up. Don't go here
