Even when they’ve had 3 full days to prepare a prescription, it’s still not ready — and you’ll wait 30+ minutes on top of that. Worse than the delays? They’ve lost my prescription multiple times, and when I asked for accountability, the manager simply said: “You can go somewhere else. We don’t have enough staff.” No apology. No ownership. Just dismissal. The staff is unprofessional, the system is clearly broken, and there’s absolutely no respect for your time or your health. If you value your prescription, your time, or basic customer service, go anywhere else. This place should not be trusted with anyone’s medication — and I genuinely hope no one else has to deal with what I did.
