My doctor faxes my prescription, a week goes by with no text from the pharmacy so you physically have to go in and see if they got your prescription. 3+ times they have lost it, then they blame my doctor for not faxing it, even when I verify they have. When they do get your prescription, they won't have it ready for multiple days, even when you're out of meds. They won't give you an emergency supply if you have a controlled substance like I do. So you're left without meds until they decide to fill it. If you get your doctor to re-fax the prescription, you still get delayed 45+ minutes for them to fix it. Additionally, I noticed they have prescription info with private details just open for anyone to see. Why should I be able to see a strangers medication info from just standing in line? This pharmacy is insanely unprofessional, disorganized, and don't care about your health. It's outrageous that I have to jump through hoops just to get my prescription refilled. The staff are nice but entirely unprepared to handle issues.

Even when they’ve had 3 full days to prepare a prescription, it’s still not ready — and you’ll wait 30+ minutes on top of that. Worse than the delays? They’ve lost my prescription multiple times, and when I asked for accountability, the manager simply said: “You can go somewhere else. We don’t have enough staff.” No apology. No ownership. Just dismissal. The staff is unprofessional, the system is clearly broken, and there’s absolutely no respect for your time or your health. If you value your prescription, your time, or basic customer service, go anywhere else. This place should not be trusted with anyone’s medication — and I genuinely hope no one else has to deal with what I did.
