Told her my order was missing items she says thank you for the call. I stopped her and said I want to speak to the manager. She responds I am the manager. Doesn’t understand simple English that one. If that’s what you have running your establishment you should really be ashamed of yourselves. WORST SERVICE WITH CLUELESS STAFF!

The odd part was there were like 4 employees on the floor handling bags of garbage, wearing gloves, but when asking why my food was prepared and assembled without gloves, the excuse is "it's the area, in Burquitlam people don't wear gloves" 🤔. Another time I was there the washroom was a bit dirty, and even now the tables were a bit filthy, please clean up better and brush up on food handling, I don't know who's washed there hands or hasn't, especially when mcds is usually staffed by high-school age kids.
