Every single day they have messed up the meal forgotten parts of the meal forgot toppings forgot to put the chicken inside the wrap for us we ordered Five Burgers we got three. And that's not even mentioning the wait times. Absolutely ridiculous, oh and the two people in front of me one of those nights in line had both meals missing and I guess toppings and all this different stuff missing.
- NNNathanOct 7, 20253.0This location is very mediocre, and I would personally avoid it and go to another location nearby. They are CONSISTENT in ruining coffee orders. Every time I order a coffee or iced coffee, they short the amount of cream and sugar inside. I’m not sure if this is a tactic to save money or they are just lazy. A medium double double isn’t that hard to make, so it kinda sucks when it’s tasting like coffee with only one cream inside. If you ever order a meal here, don’t get coffee as your drink. Thank me later. The staff here are pretty hit or miss, I’ve seen really nice people employees here while other times I’ve experienced employees who won’t even acknowledge you in the drive thru. I’m not sure why this is common among a lot of employees at McDonald’s, because it’s honestly rewarding to be nice to people. But unfortunately not for most people nowadays.
