    I have been frequenting this London Drugs since their first day of operation in the mid 2000’s Customer service used to be superb and it is still very good in all departments except the pharmacy. The level of service has declined so drastically that I recently made the decision to move to another pharmacy. Lengthy delays in filling prescription and an epipen that I ordered had an expiry of less than 6 months which i had to ask for a new one. The last straw was the worst customer service experience after waiting over an hour for a prescription sent in directly by our doctor 24+ hours earlier. I called and registered a complaint and no one bothered responding and this is why I am posting my comment here.

    Basically the only place in the lower Mainland with available breastplate rentals, the pharmacists were extremely helpful on such short notice.

    Not only are the staff super helpful, I always find something on sale that I really need. This is in the consumables section and in the pharmacy. They have great customer service and good prices. Never been disappointed. I also like to recycle my soft plastic there. Good Addition. LD

    If the pharmacy says 10 minuts be ready to wait over an hour. By all means take your time i love standing around sore.
