I had a horrible, discriminatory experience at both the store and the pharmacy. London drugs is a decent chain and cheaper than Shoppers, but this location seems to have a problem.

Avoid this LD pharmacy at all costs. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž After having a horrific discriminatory experience at this pharmacy today, I went online to check if I was the only person with such an abhorring experience, sure enough, the pharmacy department got 1-star ratings consistently from a majority of the customers. Since I will never ever be using this pharmacy ever again, I refrain from writing my experience here. They would happily take your $10/prescription (dispensing fees) but would treat you like a 3rd class citizen. Better walk a few more steps, and pick up your medicines from other pharmacies who got some manners and respect. Good Luck!

I agree with Jill (reviewed below ๐Ÿ‘‡) I had to fill antibiotics at the pharmacy. When I got home I realized the pills were a few days short. They had miscounted. I went back and told the pharmacist. She counted the pills again and gave me the โ€œso called missing pillsโ€ I went home and counted them again. This time I was missing one pill. At this point I was extremely irritated. These were antibiotics. Medication that you would need to complete the full round. I was helped by the same pharmacist who insisted that there was a correct number since โ€œshe counted it herselfโ€. I told her there wasnโ€™t. I made her count it infront of me and she goes โ€œoh youโ€™re right itโ€™s missing oneโ€. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager assured me that it would not happen again. And that they will make a note to triple check my Rx in the future. It shouldnโ€™t be only mine that they triple check. It should be EVERY patient that they fill Rx for! This is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back to this pharmacy. I have lost all confidence in their competence. My health is not safe in their hands. Stay clear of this pharmacy location.

The pharmacist, Elham R., was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was prescribed multiple medication and was uncertain about the implications of the drugs. She made time to explain the effects of each drug and what they were used for. She made my experience with the pharmacy a whole lot better than just a regular pay and collect system.
