    The new location with expanded pharmacy has really improved the experience. Clean bright space, staff are good at their jobs. Haven’t had any poor customer service experiences. Nothing fancy service wise but it’s a pharmacy not a restaurant so I prefer their efficiency!

    Was looking for an item, couldn't find it on my own but i knew where its supposed to be (where it should have been), asked 1 person for help, she then directed me to follow her to an area - where I was already looking (which we both couldn't find the item), she then told me to ask pharmacist (as apparently that back corner section of the store is pharmacists "area"), I asked pharmacist who then told me she had no idea but that if the item wasn't there then they didn't have it or carry it - but then told me to ask customer service. A run around. So I spent 20 mins at CS, even showing a photo of the item off the website. System said there was 3 in store. But yet they weren't where they were supposed to be, not even the other area where they could have been. Took a higher up person to track 1 down, which he did (successfully!), but that it was NOT where it should have been "he said". In total I spent 40 mins in store. But that I was supposed to quickly run in buy item and run out. The item was for my son, who needed it asap (and spent that 40 mins in pain while all this chaos was happening). **thumbs down**

    PHARMACY thanks for the awesome care you have given for YEARS for my aging parents. Their care facility has taken over meds, but otherwise, we are HUGE LONDON DRUGS FANS... Thanks to all pharmacy staff
