She started ringing my items without even a hello, so I decided to engage her in friendly small talk. I mentioned how nice the remodel turned out. No response. So, I continued and asked if she was liking it. She responded "I don't know. I don't shop here." Whoa!!!!!! Think I'll self-checkout next time!
