  Great quality. Did a pick up order and it was hot and ready. Service was great.

  It’s been an hour and 50 minutes and no delivery yet. Last time they were missing items and the pizzas we got were wrong. My fault for giving them another chance. They said they ran out of large pizzas this time so they canceled our order without calling and still active on the app. They said 15-25 minutes after I called. This has been 45 minutes ago now, no food. They “give” you a credit for next time but only for 30 days and the same issues continue. I went app to provide feedback and they closed the chat while i tried to provide the order information so absolutely nothing happened. Not even corporate pizza hut gives a damn about their guest service. They know it sucks and are perfectly fine with it.

  One of the worst experiences I've ever had, and I'm not a big complainer. This is mostly against the store's and company's awful policies, not the staff. I ordered online for delivery. They rerouted to DoorDash- fine. They're saving money or having trouble employeeing drivers. Understandable. Food arrives cold.. annoying but sure. I'm 8mins away from the store. It happens. Missing items? Worth calling over to get resolved. I call the local phone number, rerouted to an Indian call center. I say I'm missing food, he says I need to talk to the store so he transfers me. I sit on hold for 8 minutes. I hang up, try again. The different call center representative said the store is 'too busy' to talk to me. Refunds can only be processed through a different 1800 number she gives me. When you call that 1800 number, it's a voice on repeat saying 'if there's an issue with your order, you must contact the store directly '. Are you kidding me? I literally CAN'T. So I drive to the store for a refund so they can finally make this right. The manager was nice but all he could do was A. Give me the food I was missing. B. Give me a credit for the full amount (I LITERALLY have zero interest of going through this again) or C. Can do a refund if I return all the food. The problems with C- we were already eating the food we received while I was in a call center loop for 30 mins. AND I didn't know I had to bring the food back.. it's not stated on the receipt and I obviously was never allowed to talk to a human. And about the store being too busy to talk to me? There were literally 2 small families in the restaurant. I'm pretty sure they could have (and SHOULD have) taken a phone call. I ended up going on the website and filling out a form so 'someone will get back to you'. The funnest part of all this?? The automated system on repeat when you are on hold with the call center, " Pizza Hut has been here since 1958 and we pride ourselves on costumer service!" I even tried clicking the doordash link that was texted to me if I had problems with the order... it takes me to doordash, but doesn't even recognize or acknowledge this order, it doesn't exist, since I actually ordered from Pizza Hut.
