After calling, the pizza was remade, but when I returned to pick it up, I was confronted by two staff members. One, Isaiah, who questioned my honesty and made me feel accused. I was even told this “happens all the time” and asked to send a photo as proof. I went back home, retrieved the incorrect pizza, and brought it back to Isaiah, to show the mistake—an interaction that felt extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. We’ve ordered from this location for years and never had an issue until now, but after this experience, we will not be returning. Customer service needs to be handled better and as I told you..you can keep the cookie for this review.
