- AGAshley GravesOct 27, 20253.0I stop at this McDonald’s every day after dropping my daughter at school and normally pay in exact cash for the same meal so I know my total down to the penny amount. Today for some reason my total ended up being two dollars more than normal with no explanation. If you’re gonna raise prices, at least say you’re raising the prices but if no one can tell me why my total is two dollars more - then it shouldn’t be. If menu prices have gone up your employees should be aware & your customers shouldn’t have to be surprised. My sausage cheese biscuit meal is $5.65 every day today it was $7.65. I would still love to know why or I would honestly like my two dollars back.

Had us pull all the way to the third window and still forgot some of our food a (large fry )I wonder what they do when they’re actually busy and then you try to call when they say they close at 12 and no one answers the phone. This is Absolutely pathetic when you’re actually still serving customers, you should answer your phone. What is the point of even having one? And when the girl handed our food, we were trying to check it out the window and she opened the window and was like did you need anything else? Very rude.
