Every time I go to this McDonald’s it’s something new with them messing up the order and being rude. This last time I went they messed up the order and didn’t give me my food. I went inside with my receipt and bag and told them and was met with attitude. They said that they will not give me the food I paid for and that if I wanted it I could repay for it and get it then. After going back and forth with them for a good 5 minutes they still did not resolve their mess up.

This facility operates as smooth as a Russian space station. Incredibly lame staff.
Orders are rarely ever filled correctly. The staff is clearly indifferent and uncaring, customer service is deliberately non-existent at this location.

THE SLOWEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! In Drivers thru to leaving with my food Thirty Minutes! To add to that a total lack of customer service.They forgot one of our frys and did not fill the others completely. The burgers were cold and lacked flavor. I like McDonalds normally, but this place is the worst. I will not return to this location.

Busy Sunday afternoon 1 PM drive-through ordered one meal got sent to the second window to wait and waited for a while
About five cars went around me with drinks and food, etc. I had to get off the car to go inside to ask about my meal because is it taking so long since no one came to the window to update me or anything.
I must’ve forgot why I don’t come to this McDonald’s anymore
Never again
And all the manager had to say was, I’m sorry I was asking for your meal, but it’s taking long. not acceptable. One meal.

am extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru for a simple frappe, expecting fast, efficient service. When I went inside to resolve the issue, the staff were unprepared, and it took an additional 5 minutes for the manager to even appear. Despite all this, I did not receive my frappe or a refund.
As a business owner myself, I rely on quick service when I’m on a tight schedule this experience was completely unacceptable. The lack of urgency, accountability, and organization from the staff is shocking. McDonald’s corporate and management, I expect someone to reach out to address this situation immediately.
This is not just disappointing; it is unacceptable for any McDonald’s location. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution.
