Been here several times and thought it would get better the longer it was open but no ended up trying to get food from their tonight and ended up with a rock hard Big Mac that I couldn’t even eat and had to throw away which wasted money.
I will change to use a different location or none at all due to the repeated food and service being low quality and gross.
Not to mention the soda machine didn’t work and neither did the sweet tea. Lemonade was sour.

Employees very inattentive and don't pay attention to what they are actually doing or packing, gave us sandwiches no no top buns, a coffee that was filled not even and inch and smoothie that they couldn't fill to the top. They forgot our fries at first and when we went in to ask for them they took 10 minutes to get the small fry out and only gave us one

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and waited over 25 minutes for my food only to get it and my burger looked raw on the inside absolutely disgusting and I don’t really do reviews but this completely turned my stomach and the refused to give a refund and wanted to give me a free burger but why would I want another burger from you if you couldn’t even cook the first one I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone the one on Waddell is way better with faster service.🤢😒

Made a mobile order during their “holiday” hours and before they were supposed to close for the day. When I arrived, all of the lights were on for the store, but there was nobody there. They closed up before their holiday hours. Several people were in the drive-thru trying to order as well.
