I place an order at 11:37am or so and arrive at the drive thru at around 11:40. I get in the drive thru and wait to be served for 10 minutes and nobody serves me. I pull up to the window and the lights are off and nobody's in the restaurant. I pull up and the workers are all sitting in their cars in the lot. Needless to say I didn't get my food and I wouldn't recommend going late cuz apparently they like to close early.

I come here almost every morning to get 4x Hot & Spicey McGriddles with Breakfast Sauce with a round egg. I love the service and the speed of the restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive. The cook time is a little long, but I understand due to my order type and the modifications. It is sometimes hard to get someone to comet to the register due to the front counter person taking care of drive-thru orders that need to be taken out to cars as well as the Uber Eats, Door Dash orders. The Kiosk is a limited in the modifications you can make to items so I am forced to go to the counter and wait on a cashier to get the order correct.
I will give them 100% credit, they get the order correct every time and have not let me down yet.
Still a 5 star rating although they are not perfect. I go out of my way to come this McDonald's because the other locations on Greenway & Reems, as well as Wadell & Litchfield do not offer these menu items and the service is not quite as good as Bell & 303.

My food was ice cold. When I tell you I was so beyond hungry I literally felt my stomach growling in my toes. I was starving, excited for fries, a burger and my large Dr Pepper. When I got my food I tell u I bit into that burger and I immediately started tearing and sobbing. I was so excited for this McDonald and very disappointed. I’ll be back though because I’m a biggie. Warm my food up next time.

Worst place ever. I work early morning and there days I want McDonald's breakfast. Its supposed to be open at 4 a.m but nothing. One car parked no lights on inside. If the owner knows they are supposed to be open at 4am do what other places do get your employees there early to get stuff ready before 4am.
