She was very nice and polite, she made sure everything and I mean everything was up to standard for how McDonald’s staff should be. She deserves a promotion or at least a pay raise for her outstanding service and maybe just maybe she can help someone McDonald’s with a class or training service on how customer service should be when you go to McDonald’s. She was outstanding I wish I would have gotten her name

But today in particular 12/6/25 was such a delight, Eliana made our absolute day, she literally was such a beautiful wonderful light in the room and so helpful to us and saw every opportunity to just have a wonderful interaction with customers, her customer service is swift and kind. We hope all customer service workers at the McDonald's have happy holidays especially Eliana ❤️
