I waited about five more minutes and went inside to see what was happening. The attitude was that I was bothering them by coming inside and not using a kiosk. I noted who I was and that it said my food was ready. She was flustered and frustrated and said that she was working on it. I waited a few more minutes but at this point it had been close to fifteen minutes and I had to leave to get to an appointment. Unfortunately I was charged for this order and there is nothing I can do to get my money back. It looks like they registered the order as ready to keep the stats good - similar to when they have you pull forward.
