It was decent when we first moved to Sahuarita, but now they don't seem to have a clue. Whenever we come here for breakfast, they will tell you they'll be with you in a minute, but continue taking orders from the other line, sometimes 3-4 cars will pass on the other line before they get to you. Today, they told us to wait again, and didn't even respond to us saying hello several times. I ended up driving up to the window to order. Better off just going to the Green Valley location.

All McDonald's locations i have visited in the past year have pissed me off. The more they incorporate technology, the worst the experience gets. 5 stars on pissing me off.

I understand that a lot of the people that work there are probably younger and might not care as much, but it really does affect peoples days. This location especially makes me not want to go back mainly because every time I’m getting food from here it’s usually off a 13 hour shift where I’m already tired and then the employees are rude.
