That's ok, but what was bad as the attitude when I declined to pull forward to wait again and thus got a wrap with no spicy sauce as their revenge blfor my slight at them regarding not moving forward.

The store is always nasty and smells and to to top it off the service is extremely slow and the customer service is very unprofessional and rude while you have your employees standing around doing nothing. I waited over 25+ minutes in the drive thru for my online order of 2 hot and spicys. As I complained to voice my frustrations the window was closed in my face. Very unacceptable and unprofessional. This hasn't been the first or last time this has happened at this location. The Diaz management group is failing and the neglect is showing for the whole town of sahuarita to see. Maybe this is just their culture. According to the reviews this place as been horrible for a while and with each reply of you guys taking this issues "seriously", it doesn't seem that way as nothing has changed for quite some time now.
