This is a well below average McDonald’s, representative of the proudly “confederate” community. (Probably ought to use any other flag to welcome people to the area, that’s an evil four years of Arizona history to be proud of… but you do you!)
Turn on your computer for mobile orders when you’re open! What is wrong with you? If a particular service is closed, like maybe curbside over night for example, your computer will allow you turn off that specific feature to customers. If you leave the computer for mobile orders off overnight and at other random times when you’re open then customers can’t access the deals and must pay full price or not eat here. As a McDonald’s employee, what is motivating you to force people to pay full price or change their plans if there is a deal available?!?!?! Is your franchise giving out bonuses to the folks behind the counter?! I can’t imagine that’s the case.
The second star is only for the person who makes the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits when the computer for mobile orders is on. They place the two halves of bacon flat, beside each other so you get some in every bite. Thank you for doing your job, that is so painfully rare around these parts. That whole loss-of-legalized-slavery thing seems to have hit this area so hard that we are simply STILL seeing the effects of rebuilding. The struggle is real.

If I could give zero I would. We are not from here just visiting family stopped by for some breakfast before leaving, waiting about 20 minutes for our food received sandwiches cold and just meat in them not even egg. Didn’t get our drinks had to go inside and ask and then our coffee taste like plain milk. Don’t go to this McDonald it’s horrible in all aspects.
