It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     The service is fast, the staff is upbeat, and the atmosphere always feels welcoming. Their burgers are absolutely delicious and they got my customized order correct!

    Today I’m at a local favorite Whataburger on Ellsworth Road when I first arrived the drive-through team member was very nice and knowledgeable. I ordered their biscuits and gravy with chicken gravy that’s without the sausage and pancakes extra syrup I did have to wait a few minutes for my food, but that’s to be expected when you want something made fresh and hot from experience and I’ve eaten a lot of places, especially fast food places nowhere can eat pancakes and biscuits and gravy from Whataburger I think people sleep on their breakfast. I prefer their breakfast over their lunch and dinner menu. My rating is a 10 out of 10 if you were looking for a good Breakfast Pl., Whataburger on Ellsworth Road you won’t be disappointed

    1st time disappointed here. Picked up curbside and the green Chile burger combo with onion rings had wait for it 5 onion rings total. What's crazy is this is .80 more than fries for 5 onion rings
