  I ordered lunch for everyone at the office that I work at and everything was so good! The tacos were a hit and we will order those again, also the bean dip was 10/10.

  To sum up all categories being judged in 1 word, it would be blain. Blain atmosphere, waterscharqctor was blain. The food was more than blain. The bean dip for chips had the most flavor. Plain, plain, and blain.

  We ordered same day catering from Serranos yesterday for a party, when our other food plans fell through. They made it SO easy! We ordered the Fajita feast for 6 people, times 4, as we planned for around 24 people. We ordered two chicken, and two steak. The cost of around $130/feast seemed a bit high, but when it arrived, I think we could have EASILY fed 40-45 people with the amount of food that arrived. Delivery was on time, well packaged, everything was piping hot, and the food was better than expected. We will definitely remember Serranos the next time I need to feed a crowd!!

  We ordered a variety of platter for a family Christmas Eve celebration for 4:30. When I arrived there was a line out the door. Some people with later pick up times got their food before me. I finally received my order at 5:40. There were no updates during the wait. None of the employees apologized for the wait. Fortunately most of the other patrons that were waiting were all friendly. Serrano's catering needs to do better!
