She remembers customers' names, ensures the order is correct and actually seems to care about both the product and customer. When else have you ever found that at a chain pizza restaurant?!! Never! Pizza Hut doesn't get all of our business but the % of time we get PH is definitely higher now - You have an asset in Jamie.
