Used the app for curbside pickup. My order is brought out and I'm told the straw is in the bag before she quickly leaves. There was no straw, no BBQ sauce (shows on the receipt), and no napkins.

My #8, bacon egg and cheese bagel is black. It is hard as a rock. You know the line cook saw this crap and still decided to use it.
There were to worried about their precious drive thru times to get orders right.

Not to be that guy but when they have the girl morning manager and the all girl staff they are rude and slow and mess most of the order up. 2 hot chocolates but we got large heated cups of milk, idk maybe it’s white chocolate, adding a photo cause it sounds so stupid that it sounds fake
When the bigger dude is there in morning there’s never any issues

I dont know why I keep punishing myself by going through the drive through here. I order and pay then they direct me to park in a spot that is already taken to wait 20 minutes for an order that doesn't include everything I ordered. Then I have to get out of my car to go in to get my food anyway. What happened McDonalds?! You used to be able to serve your customers through the drive through. You need to rename it to DRIVE IN and at least show us a movie while we wait for our food! SMH

This place has the worst service. Drive thru girl at window 2 is very rude. They always miss an item in my order. Always out of a specific soda. Yesterday we ordered delivery, they got the meal size wrong and the order was incomplete. We ordered on the app and we couldn't submit issues on our order, we are supposed to contact door dash cause they delivered. The delivery service was great so it had nothing to do with door dash. It was the restaurant that got the order messed up.
