    This is the consistently the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. 20 minutes every time to get one burger is absolutely ridiculous.

    40 minutes for a double quarter pounder meal is insane... im just glad I opted out of the Double bacon quarter pounder because then they would have taken the full hour...never again !!

    The Wi-Fi never, ever works here so you can't do app orders. Sure you can pull the app up before you get there, and place your order, but as soon as you walk in the store your phone buffers and your codes don't come up. So in that case, you don't get the app price, or your free items... they charge you the menu price.. This is happened to me three times, so I'm going to avoid this place. $7 for a sausage and egg muffin with no cheese is recockulus. Also, their biscuits are super dry.

    I am beyond frustrated with this McDonald’s. I have received SEVERELY undercooked food THREE separate times now, which is absolutely unacceptable and a serious food safety hazard. This is not a “one-off mistake” — this is a pattern, and it shows a complete lack of care and quality control. On top of that, the drive-thru is TERRIBLE. Even when it’s clearly not busy, they will make you sit there for 20–30 minutes with zero explanation. Fast food is supposed to be fast — not a half-hour wait for unsafe food. At this point I’m tired of giving this location chances. Undercooked food can make people seriously sick, and the fact that this keeps happening means management is either unaware or doesn’t care — both are unacceptable. This needs to be addressed immediately before someone gets hurt.
