  Belen is a wonderful server! She remembered us from the last time we were here over two months ago. She is so thoughtful in how things are served and plated. Last time we were here her service was so great we left her a thank you note and she kept it! She demonstrates thoughtful precision with each order and makes you feel really welcomed. She is a huge part of why we choose our mother/daughter lunches here.

  Belen, our waiter was very thoughtful and charismatic with their service. 10/10! From bringing an extra plate so our taco wouldn't get soggy to remembering our faces from 2 months ago! Very friendly keep it up! Hope this one moves up in the world they deserve it!!

  Have always enjoyed food here. Great for larger gatherings. Suck they are closed Sunday and Monday’s

  Food quality had gone down and prices climbing. Was also told when I sat down I would by charged 3% more if not paying with cash. The beans for my burrito were watered down and didn't have the usual Serranos flavor or texture. Sad to say I think im done with this place me and my family have loved for years.

  Came in for lunch right at 11am and we were sat in the bar area and what a horrible experience. The bar tender was over sat and he couldn't keep up with the customers. We ordered 2 of the same plates and we got 2 different items one of which looks like it was microwaved. We didnt get an apology or anything horrible service, figured from a dying restaurant. This place use to be something been going to Serranos for a very long time and its sad to see the state of things. I wont be back.
