- SFSal FloresJan 3, 20262.0Server didn't bring all the food we ordered out at the same time, by the time he brought the steak to the table , it was overcooked and all the side dishes were already cold, after dropping the food off the server took a very long time to check up on the food quality, so by the time he came back to check most of us were almost done eating except the person that ordered the steak, server offered to remake the meal but we refused because it would have probably taken a long to to get it so we decided we wanted off the bill instead.

Specially for Power & Main location. 12.30.25 We walked in as a party of 10 (6 adults, 4 children). We were told 30 minutes to wait. We waited 75 minutes. Never once did the hostesses or manager come over to us to let us know "sorry for the wait" or "here are some chips while you wait", "here are some sopapillas for our mess up". But instead they set our table and we requested to sit at it so our kids could color and we were told no. We basically begged and were told "fine we can sit you, but no chips are allowed". Awful customer service. I worked here for 4 years '99-03 and the Serrano family would be embarrassed at how the staff of 2025 treat customers. Avoid this location.
