I thought I had done what needed to be done to activate this but when I went to pick it up the cheese bread was not on the order. The cashier explained that without it being on the order they could not do anything even though they knew about the promotion. Well, I mainly went here because of the free bread. (Call me cheep). I then said well if you can't honor the promotion I want a refund. The manager had to do the refund and she came out and said why are you asking for a refund? I explained the situation and she said they couldn't give me cheese bread if it's not on my recipe. That since I prepaid with a credit card she had to put it back on my card and that would take 72 hours. She said this with a bit of an attitude. I said fine, just give me something that shows you are going to refund my purchase. She then came back with more of an attitude and said I can't give you anything till I close out my books at the end of the day. Well I'm not leaving without proof of what she is offering because it becomes my word against hers. I informed her I was not leaving without something that proves my stance. After some debate she offers to give me a cash refund. Took it and left. I know I will not return. Plenty of other pizza places that make coupons easy to redeem.
