The drive thru is awesome. Great attitude from the entire stage. Very friendly. Hot Fries every time!. My favorite location.

Drive thru order. First off McDonalds is way too expensive for the quality of food(?) they sell, that being said, I had just gotten out of the hospital and was craving a burger. It was awful! The bun was burned, yet chewy and the meat tasted old and really dry.

Poorly ran even for a McDonald’s. Girl at the drive through was rude and kept trying to complete my order before I was done ordering. They did not have hot n spicy in stock which is wild. Girl only read back half my order and was annoyed when I double checked. Burgers came out flat like someone had sat in them. Pretty bad
Update: received a reply from the owner with a terrible form to fill out. I would do it but with the amount of bad reviews they already have I don’t feel they are going to take any honest integral action to improve their customer experience.

If you are going to neglect your lobby, maybe you should just shut it down. Worst McDonalds in the area, go anywhere else.

I want to say this manager on site in the late afternoon its the best. I went inside to tell him about my horrible experienced at another mcdonald's location and he went out of his way to make it better. He made my day and most likely my sons day as my son was crying cuz he wanted a black boo bucket. I'm so grateful to him. They need more people like him.
