Went through the drive through, ungodly wait. The person taking the order requires 3 repeats and still got it wrong. They did not give straws. I pulled up from, went to the drink counter, straw bin was empty. Went to the counter, 3 women, backs to the counter watching the kitchen. I said hello, excuse me, ma'am. Finally one turns, I ask for straws, show an empty box. She looks confused. Straws please? Blank. Another turns and asks what I need. Straws. Well that girl doesn't speak English so you need to be patient with her. Explain why I need to be patient. I just left.

Took a little time to get our food in the drive thru, but it was the dinner rush so that was expected. But the server who brought out our food, Malaysia like the country (as she jokingly introduced herself), more than made up for the wait. Her energy was incredible—her smile was infectious, and she was so genuinely sweet! She ran back and forth making sure we got everything we needed, and was a true pleasure to talk to. Would definitely go back here if she was working!

I picked up an Uber Eats order from this McDonald’s on Sunday, November 9th, at about 10:25 PM. The Uber Eats app clearly states that drivers should go inside to pick up orders unless it’s after hours, in which case the drive-thru should be used. Their posted hours on the door said the lobby was open until 11 PM, so I naturally went to the main entrance.
When I got there, the doors were already locked, even though it wasn’t closing time. I could see multiple pickup bags sitting on the counter, ready to go, but no one would let me in. One employee looked right at me through the glass and completely ignored me. I only managed to get inside because another worker happened to be heading home for the night and opened the door on their way out.
This kind of thing shouldn’t happen. If a location decides to close early, then they need to update their posted hours to reflect that. Making drivers stand outside while orders pile up is unacceptable. It slows down deliveries, frustrates customers, and wastes everyone’s time.
For any other delivery drivers working late, don’t trust the posted hours here. Expect to be locked out before 11 PM and be ready to deal with unhelpful staff.

I ordered extra hash browns, did not get them. I ordered a coke, but got I think Dr pepper. So it was not a good experience I gave the girl a compliment, before I looked at my food, of course, she looked at me and didn't even say anything I don't even think that she spoke English I am upset about my meal. Can't even drink my drink. Come on McDonald's you can do better than this
