- RWrobert wheelerDec 25, 20251.0I have issues with the drive-thru first you got to sit behind a bunch of people just to make your order then they ask you to go to the next window and pay for it then when you get to the next window they hand you your drink and asked you to pull into the parking lot so they could bring it out to you I don't do that it's a drive-thru not go through all the order pay for hanging your drink and then ask you to park if I wanted to do that I would go inside in the first place I can care less about your corporate timer in your drive-thru that's not my problem that's yours

After explaining to window #1 what my order was, window #2 hands me the wrong order. I gave it back and was told to wait in spot #1 which all spots were taken already from others waiting on their food. After 15 minutes and never received my food. Due to work constraints I had to leave with no food and already paid for my order. Tried calling the 800 number on the receipt and that is not connected to McDonalds. Then attempted the local number and that was disconnected. This place should be shut down.
