Has me wait in the reserved spot for my order, there was no one in front of me and one person behind me. Server comes out to give an order to another waiting customer (noticed a frap). Then server comes out to me with just my fries and says machine is down and if I want a different drink. 1. If it was down then I shouldn't have even paid. 2. If it was down, why did I see one just come out for another customer. Not the first time I've had this issue. I didn't even bother with the refund or the food. Just left. Won't be coming back.
