We go after school once a week so the kids can play, and the people we've had have been pretty nice for the fact that there's kids being crazy and loud. Also patient when I try to get my kid to learn how to order/ask for stuff

After sitting at the drive-thru for 5 minutes because they asked me to hold on. I watch them take someone else's order at the other lane. So I said is anyone there and I could get no response so I drove up to the window and asked if there was something wrong with the speaker and they said no. They must have just accidentally took the other lane instead so I circled around and went in to place my order and Joanne the night manager said I could go to another McDonald's because I was rude. I tried to explain to her that I didn't drive away to be rude. I drove away to not hold up the line and she said she would have made all those people wait and taking my order and made it right. I don't see how making all of those people wait would be making it right. It would just be making it worse. She said I should call her GM. Dana, Dana, I hope you read this

DRIVE THRU, NO GO. Placed a mobile order 15 mins prior to arrival. Was told to wait for food when I got there. 30 mins later I finally received my order, which was missing items.
