  5 dollar meal is 6 dollars. Chicken 5 dollar was to spicy hot. Took it back got it replaced. Much hotter, tost it out.

  I have been going to this McDonalds for years . This is the worst of the worst . 10 minutes wait outside for two sandwiches. Had an experience where they got my order wrong and when I went back and asked how they get two sandwiches wrong the girl at the window actually told meand I quote "You don't have tocome here. " I couldn't imagine Mr Crock even letting this franchise continue to " serve" the public . I once got a Big Mac where the meat wasn't on the top bun !! Service is extremely slow , 10 minutes for two sandwiches?!! Are you kidding me ? NEW MANAGEMENT seriously needed .

  Went through the drive thru and the person got the order incorrect. The drink was the wrong size. We were then asked to pull to the front and have been waiting for our order for over eight minutes with only 4 cars . Cars are being parked and orders are taking longer than 5 minutes to be given out. McDonald's do better.

  Upon arriving, I discovered the 4 dedicated online pickup spots were occupied by unoccupied vehicles, meaning that people were either too lazy, or too unable to read, and left their vehicles to slog inside to order, so I gambled on the drive thru. After all, it's 2 lanes, and they were empty, it should be quick. After being asked by an AI voice why we were visiting, and answering "to pick up an online order" (my kid really wanted nuggets), then watching 4 orders taken in the lane next to me by an actual human voice, said human voice then asked me 10 minutes later what I wanted to order. I repeated that I was picking up an online order, and was then told to go up to window 1 (the pay window). After arriving at the pay window, I watched the employee struggle to comprehend that I already paid online, then tell me, "you're good", like a TSA agent waving me through security. After picking up the food at the next window, and arriving home, we found that instead of "extra pickles, no ketchup", the employees decided it was opposite day, and gave us zero pickles and their remaining stock of ketchup, apparently. I was not happy. The girlfriend wanted to go back and fight people (it was her sandwich), but the child loved the nuggets. So, "gold star" for Mickey D's for saving me from going there again, or maybe teaching me patience?
