  Can never get a fully cooked egg here or the one on Power. Always runny/gooey. Gross and a waste of money. Edit: And when I ask for it to remade, they make it worse!!! Is it this hard for McDonald's to cook their eggs?

  Food was luke warm. Order was not correct, and no monopoly play pieces. The only reason to suffer the mediocre food and service is for monopoly game play...

  After long day with hungry tired kids in the car, we stopped to grab food. After ordering in the drive through and paying I was asked to pull and park. After ordering gentlemen brought my food out and within a few second, literally seconds of him walking away I called out to him to tell us we were missing our quarter pounder. He spoke into his head set and went inside. He came back and asked for my receipt which I let him know I had told the lady I didn’t want one. I sat waiting and finally went in for him to tell me that his manager, which is Jackie, said i did get the burger and that it was under the nuggets. Y’all I don’t need free food or to steal from anyone, but I definitely don’t want to pay $18 for 1 burger. After she heard me say it sure wasn’t under the nuggets she had nothing to say and told the employees to ‘take care of that’, meaning me. I ended up paying for 2 and leaving with 1 so my husband could eat. Update: Instead of the 10 piece chicken nugget we ordered there were 2, 4 piece chicken nuggets. Maybe the quarter pounder was one of the chicken nugget boxes. 2 nuggets short and a quarter pounder down 🫡

  Disgusting and disgraceful of a McDonald’s!! This location needs to be investigated and removed immediately, Worst Case of McDonalds I ever been to!! The service workers are super nice but underpaid - the food quality is super disgraceful and disgusting!! Do not ever come here again, Please Fire the Managers there, they treat their staff very poorly and rude! Unbelievable that this place is still open..

  The portly older lady taking orders at drive thru is hard of hearing so subsequently she scews up many daily order. She is arrogant when you have to repeat your order 2 or 3 times. Might be better for customer service to have her work inside in the back where she doesn’t have to converse with the public. I Love Mc Donald’s but she has made me chose other breakfast places. Please help . I am not the only person, but they just do not have time to report these less than excellent employees. Thanks
