I went to get some breakfast here this morning before work, and when I stirred my coffee, I kept scraping up some nasty sludge off the bottom of my coffee that definitely should not be in there… I’m lucky that I didn’t drink it before noticing!!! Sucks cause this location is closest to my house and I will not be back

The app let me place an order at this location when it was closed (the app said it was open) the app doesn’t let you cancel or refund pick up orders, I’ve tried calling in the store all day but no answer, be warned McDonalds will pretty much force you to dispute with your bank unlike pretty much every other competent fast food place

I recently visited with my 11-year-old sister and had a disappointing experience. The manager approached us and yelled at her, stating she was too old to play on the playground, despite the age limit being 12. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and unacceptable.

I came to this drive thru and waited in line for over 20 minutes for my order. I called and asked if everything is okay and they say my kitchen is backed up… there is no one inside the lobby is closed and there is one car in front of me. I ask and say this has been over 20 minutes in line I can’t get out of line cause there is a car in front of me and behind me… so he says for the car in front it’s gonna be another 5 minutes and hangs up. Terrible customer service . I will never be coming back here. If you are coming here at night beware to wait more then 20 minutes for your order. Unbelievable
