- JWJessie WalczakSep 15, 20251.0Horrible experience with staff and management on Sunday, 9/14/2026 at 8:10 PM. - Gave our GrubHub pickup order to someone else - Didn't resolve the issue - just told us 'well, someone else picked it up' - Told us they were closing soon - according to Google they close at 11 - Watched as we tried to order again through GrubHub and apparently 'never received it', even though it was confirmed and accepted via GrubHub I would highly advise management review the staff that was working tonight, and take some sort of action. Can't rate the food because we weren't able to order.

- DCDana ClevelandJul 24, 20252.0I ordered wings from here a few different times and the first two times the wings were great but the 3rd time they were extremely dry.. the 4th time i went because i didnt want to judge based on the one experience and they again were extremely dry basically inedible. I waited a while before going back and was hoping that it wasn't going to be bad but was very disappointed again today. I will not be returning again at this point because i am sick of wasting my money on overcooked bland food. They really need to fix these issues or i fear they will just end up being another failed business.
