- TRTrevor RansomAug 20, 20251.0I put in an online order, had 4 doordashers call telling me my order was picked up. It was NOT! I called 5 times and could not get ahold of anyone, the automated line hangs up after 60 seconds stating no one is available to help. The last delivery person to call me let me know they were out of everything I ordered lol. This is ridiculous and quite embarrassing for BWW considering this is a takeout focused location. BWW never fails to fail

BWW is a sports bar business model. It should be a full size restaurant or nothing at all. This place just sucks.

I've never been to a BWW go before but would definitely come back to this location. I haven't tried the food yet, but if it's anywhere near the quality of service that I received from Jay, it will be amazing. Jay was kind, respectful, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store. I asked if he had tried the new sauces and he hadn't yet, but offered to let me do so. If I could get this quality of service at a full service location, I definitely go more often! Thanks Jay, for your amazing service!
- EFEdna FJul 6, 20251.0Food was cold. Boneless wings were more like chicken nuggets they were so Dry. Barely any sauce on them. I’m sure the one who prepared them wouldn’t have ate them either. Got a decent size piece of bone and hard pieces in my burger. This place is trash
