  Danee the manager made our experience wonderful. We had a promo code that wasn’t working and she managed to figure it out. Thank you for making our experience easy and enjoyable.

  Celebrated my wife birthday with our kids. The food was great, our serve was pleasant and was always on top of beverages and food. We were comfortable other than the seating were sliding apart and we had to realign them now and then, it was great.

  The mac and cheese bits are awesome. Every server we have had has been great. We do sunday funday pretty regularly and the staff is always great. Starting at the front desk, they are always accommodating of possible. One of my kids is a lefty and the clubs they bring her are basically brand new. They get her clubs quick. They have even taken the time to show me how to work the app. The experience is great and is cool way to connect as a family.

  This place was cool until they change the food menu. Prices are already outrageous, to begin with. Oh & to top it off KELLY the server is rude. I noticed that he had an attitude since we first arrived. Not only with us but with the other tables as well. He needs to fix his attitude or change his job title. We originally were going to order drinks, until he came by with his energy and killed the entire vibe.

  I brought a group of 8 coworkers to Topgolf in Phoenix to celebrate their performance at work, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We were assigned Bay 202 and had to ask three different servers just to find out who our waiter was. Drinks took a long time, food came out at different times, and multiple orders were delivered without plates or napkins. We also asked to speak with a manager and no one ever came. When I was paying, the server pointed out the tip section and said, “Here is the tip section just in case you want to leave me a tip,” which felt inappropriate given the level of service we received. Because of the ongoing issues, we canceled our last 30 minutes and left early. What was meant to be a team celebration turned into a frustrating experience. As a group of Latino professionals, we left feeling overlooked and uncomfortable. Very disappointing overall.
