I am Hispanic & I was not greeted when I stepped up & the cashier began scanning my groceries, however the white woman ahead of me was warmly greeted & the white man who was behind me was warmly greeted. When I asked if my phone number registered in the system after I entered it on the keypad, she said in a tone "you haven't entered a phone number ma'am", but i had, so i asked again & she huffed & turned the pin pad towards her to check. I don't understand the huffing when I just asked a question. The cashier was not friendly at all. The non-greeting added to the unpleasant experience. I did not feel welcome at this Safeway.

- DKDanell KearnsSep 17, 20252.0One employee was very helpful however my issue is with the app. I will sit at home and clip coupons then go shopping and I can't find the items that match the coupon or the prices don't match then I try and get on the app in the store to verify what I clipped and the app doesn't work then I go to my car and the app works and I can see what I clipped but then to back into the store and the items are not there or the price is different but guess what I can't show the employee cuz the app won't work in the store. If you are going to be overpriced and give us tiny breaks occasionally on certain items keep them stalked and keep the info updated
