  I had to wait til everybody else got there food before I can order mines I asked if they can cut my pizza into squares they did not do that they cut it but it was not into squares pizza was ok but I had better first time going there was my last time new to Arizona I thought they would of did better they lady never open up my box like she did the other customers she just gave it to me

  As SOON AS ME AND MY FAMILY WALKED IN THE OLDER CASHIER WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED AND MY HUSBAND ASKED A QUESTION AND SHE SAID WE COULD GO TO BUCKEYE IF WE WANT TO GO TO WHERE THEY HAVE SALADS AND MORE !!! Only reason WE ASKED CAUSE HAVE NOT BEEN HERE SINCE COVID WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN MY KIDS ALSO ASKED IF THE LADY WAS Racist

  This goes for all pizza places now. Delivery through door dash apps like that suck. Why do we have to put trust into random weirdos that aren’t with Pizza Hut handling our food. Places like these suck and it’s best to order from somewhere local

  THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST EVER THEY MESS UP OUR ORDER MIND YOU THE TOTAL WAS 95.00 FOR FOOD THAT WASNT.EVEN DONE CORRECTLY THEN TELL !ME THEY WILL GIVE ME.A CREDIT.FOR THE PIZZA NOT BEING CORRECT ORDERED A LARGE STUFFED CRUST WITH PEPPERONI PINEAPPLE.AND BLACK OLIVES AND WHAT WE GOT WAS A LARGE THIN CRUST WITH PINEAPPLE AND HAM..SOK THAT WASNT COOL THE WINGS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE BONE IN BBQ WE .GOT BBQ BONELESS .AND BY THIS POINT WE WERE REALLY UPSET SO THEY SAID A CREDIT WOULD BE ADDES.AND THEY COULD.SEND A REMAKE.OR JUST GET THE CREDIT WE WERE.HUNGRY SO WE GOT THE CREDIT SO THE NEXT DAY WE CALL ORDER SUM CHEESY BREAD AND THEN THE BBQ WINGS.BONE IN LARGE STUFFED CRUST PINEAPPLE.PEPPERONI AND BLACK OLIVES .. SO WHEN THE DOORDASH BRINGS THE FOOD THERE WAS NO CREDIT APPLED.TO THE ORDER THE DRIVER WAS CONFUSED AND. WAS IN A HURRY SO WE PAID AGAIN AND WE CALL .THEY SAID WE ARE SO SORRY WE ARE BUSY AND.THAT A CREDIT FOR EVERYTHING WOULD BE PLACED ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEY SEEMED VERY GENUINE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION... SO FAST FORWARD A WEEK WE CALL IN PLACE THE ORDER.EVERYTHING WAS GOOD CREDIT APPLIED .. DOORDASH LADY BRINGS .THE FOOD OKAY ITS 94.DOLLARS WAIT WHAT NO WAY SHE CALLS.THE STORE TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL GIRL GETS.ON THE PHONE ... SORRY WE CANNOT HONOR THAT CREDIT ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK NOW.AND I HAVE NO IDEA.WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT ..OKAY SO PULL UP MY ACCOUNT AND SHE DOES AND.SAYS WE ALREADY GOT THE CREDIT AND TOLD.THE DRIVER BRINGN THE FOOD BACK AND HUNGUP I CALLED REAPTEDLY THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER MY CALL THE DOORDASHER WAS SO.NICE AND WAITED HERE FOR 20 MINUTES TRYING TO HELP ME FIGURE IT OUT AND SHE HAD PAID FOR THE FOOD WITH HER OWN MONEY SO IF SHE.DIDN'T TAKE.IT BACK.SHE WOULD BE OUT THAT MONEY IT WAS NICE OF HER TO TRY HER HARDEST SO THE ORDER WENT BACK AND.PROBABLY:INTO THE.TRASH WHICH I. FIND EVEN MORE.DISGUSTED.. SO THE GIRL WHO WORKS THERE AT NIGHT HAS.NO CUSTOMER .SERVICE SKILLS AND THEY ARE VERY HURTFUL SO BEWARE DONT.ORDER FROM HERE BTW STILL WAITING TO HEAR FRPOM.CORPORATE OR MANAGER AND STILL.NOTHING AND.THAT REALLY SUCKS SINCERELY STILL HUNGRY
