I took off a star for service - we had fast service and multiple waiters. Drinks never went empty….but… out of the 4 serves we had one had a real attitude towards being at work it seemed. She also never spoke to me, just my husband. And rushed us! Wild. The other servers were pleasant and friendly. (She was wearing a blue long sleeve and jeans I think her name was Cindy?) July 12 2025 845 pm. Her tune instantly changed when she saw I was reviewing. Restaurant was clean. Atmosphere is great. Happy hour pricing is nice. It’s worth coming back to do the Korean BBQ. Menu also has a large selection.

I got there, and I told the young gentleman who came up to me I was picking up my order. He asked my name so I gave it to him and said one of the items I ordered takes a little longer. About 15 minutes later he finally came up and said my food was ready, but was giving me someone else's food. No one after that gave me any update unless I asked and it took 30 minutes after the original stated time. Food is great but terrible customer service. Not only that but they text you a link to leave feedback, however it doesn't work.

GOOD: -greeted at the door and shown to a seat right away. -given water right away at the table. -decent amount of food for the price. -good flavors on the food. BAD: -over 20 minutes before anyone took our orders. -felt rushed when ordering. Ordered small 2 person meal of kbbq combo 1 (comes with 3 appetizers, 2 rice bowls, one shared soup, 4 meats, sides, and 1 single small piece of cheesecake). -Food took FOREVER...rice came 15 mins after ordering. The raw meat, cooked sides and soup all came after another 30 minutes past at the same time of each other. Raw meat shouldn't take 45 mins to arrive! -never asked if we wanted to order something to drink so we didn't want to bother them or wait 30 mins for drinks so we stuck to water. My husband got a single water refill while the rice was dropped off but they never gave us more after that, had to share my water with him lol. -when the lonely single small piece of cheesecake arrived (2 hours after we placed our order) I gave it to my husband cause it was his birthday and he really wanted a piece....but it was still frozen!!! They knew two hours ago we wanted cheesecake but couldn't take it out of the freezer then?? -it really felt like we were inconveniences and it was darn awkward.
